Marian Medal "Breton Virgin" Made France This unique medal of the Blessed Mother under the title of the Breton Virgin is handmade in a monastery in Lourdes, France. The reverse side of the medal has the image of Our Lady of Lourdes with St. Bernadette. Crafted by the nuns who hand pour the enamel, these medals are exquisite and a real treasure. Beautiful polished brass with red enamel these medals not only have significance as a sacramental but are also lovely to wear. This medal is 7/8" and is paired with a 21" chain with ruby red crystal beads to match the red enamel on the medal. Because of the delicate nature of the enamel, water or chemicals should not be used on it. A soft polishing cloth is best.
